Allow us to introduce you to Tashnuva Anan Shishir, Bangladesh's first transgender news anchor. If you remember from earlier this month, one of our post's featured U.S. Representative, Ritchie Torres. Shortly after that, Shishir's spotlight expanded across the globe. Not only did this allow the her to share a part of her truth, but it also gave her the opportunity to feel more recognized.  The door quickly opened to a conversation about LGBTQ+ representation, a conversation that mainly takes place in low volume or is completely muted. It is interesting to consider that women who share Shishir's story are still trying to become recognized within our society. And with recognition, it is just as important to have representation. Without it, representation for the LGBTQ+ community are facing much of an uphill battle. Yet, the climb continues.  Tashnuva

Allow us to introduce you to the one and only superstar, Elliot Page. At just thirty-four years old, the Canadian actor and producer has been making a name for himself in the entertainment industry since an early age. It was like a star that became brighter and brighter, and the whole world got to witness it. Spring is just around the corner and we have another exciting blogpost that features a special LGBTQ+ artist who has been making a name for herself in the media and paving a way for representation for quite some time now. Her name is Orion Carloto. And if you have yet to read her work or tune into her YouTube channel, then we hope that this post will serve as that first stepping stone to help you rise up to a most influential occasion. And there is a reason that "influential" has been emphasized. In addition to being a writer, poet and creative influencer, Carloto recently over the years publicly came out as bisexual to an amassed online community who showered her much support and positivity. Hailing from a small town in Georgia and at just twenty-four years old, Carloto has managed to pen two bodies of work under her belt and has quickly grew under a social media spotlight that has risen
